I handled product strategy, UX/UI design, website development, and led the creation of online and offline marketing campaigns.

Working with an international insurance company entering the German market, I collaborated with the client marketing team to:
Redesign the sales strategy, developing user-focused design solutions to meet local market needs
Conduct audience research, designing and executing research to understand German customer preferences
Revamp the online presence, creating a new visuals and interactive marketing assets to attract and build trust with German clients.

The client possessed a highly effective product, yet struggled to realize its full potential in the market.
Despite having a strong offering, they faced challenges in effectively understanding and meeting the needs of their target audience.
After analyzing their website and online presence, and conducting early testing, we decided to:
Initiate 4 cycles of landing page testing
Launch targeted Meta Ads campaigns
Start offline marketing activities
The insights gained from those efforts enabled us to formulate a new plan for redesigning their website and enhancing their social media presence.
